Refund Policy
We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
- Products received are damaged or defective
- Incorrect products were delivered
- Products that do not match the order specifications
Refund Process
Raise a claim through your salesman within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed as a credit note against your account or a bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or are perishable in nature are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
